Josh Miller Project Manager with Performance Painting on the Good Contractors List did an amazing job with our home. We had hired another contractor that was not on the Good Contractors list and had to let them go. We realized instead of updating our living room, two halls, laundry room, kitchen, and dining room they were making a disaster of the project. Josh came and looked over what had been done and explained how he would correct everything. Unlike the original contractor Josh’s team/workers that came to our home were on time, worked hard and fast, and cleaned up the areas worked in at the end of the day. We had several get together's for Thanksgiving and Christmas after the work was complete and everyone agreed that the house looked beautiful. Based on the work we had done and results, we would not hesitate to call Josh if we need work or updates in the future.

Performance Painting removed all my popcorn ceilings, retextured and painted the entire interior of the house. They do great work, and for a great price. Will also sends a color coordinator from Sherwin Williams to your house to help you select colors so they all go together. That service alone sets him apart from the others. They're coming back next week to power wash and repaint my fence.

I had my home exterior painted and they did such a wonderful job!
I had Performance Painting come out to re-paint almost all of my builder-grade painted walls. The original flat paint was driving me crazy with how uncleanable it was. Jeff was the first person to help me out - he came out in the late Fall and I walked him through the house and he gave me a fair quote for the job. I told him I was going to be ready to execute in the early Spring. By the time I was actually ready (it ended up being Summer) my quote had expired. Jeff was kind enough to come back out, confirm the work, and requote me for the job. He gave me some great advice on what types of paint I should consider and got me scheduled. At the office Angie sent me the quote over and I realized I forgot to get the kitchen island included when chatting with Jeff. She was so responsive and helpful by getting with Jeff and updating the quote to the addition I was asking for. When paint day came Manuel came out and did an excellent job. He was so considerate and respectful of my house and did a great job not only with the paint job itself, but also with paint prep and clean up. He was timely and was great at keeping me updated with what he was doing and how he was progressing. I really appreciated everyone I worked with at Performance Painting - they made it such an easy processes for me.
Sales Rep Troy Schrah was very friendly and professional and gave me a great bid on the work to be done. Their painter Louise was the cleanest and most professional worker I have ever had on my property.

Had Performance Painters out to correct numerous exterior problems with my home and do a full exterior paint. They responded very quickly with an excellent crew who repaired every issue I pointed out, and were extremely thorough with caulk, prep and paint. They were very flexible, and were able to pivot on the fly when I requested accent colors for the garage and shutters, and made it look perfect. Salesman Brad Boehm was upfront and transparent with his estimates. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the job they did, and will not hesitate to use them again when the time comes.

I had a ceiling repair that I wanted done as soon as possible. I went to four different companies for an estimate and repair. One was too busy to get to it, the next one wanted too much, and another one couldn't make it to his estimate appointment until the next day. The people from Performance Painting were quick to respond, provided a very reasonable quote, and were able to get me on the schedule the very next day. Working Jeff and Manuel made everything easy for me. Jeff explained the process and communicated promptly throughout the repair. Manuel is very professional in manner and talent. Performance Painting did an amazing job repairing the drywall 'hole' left from our shower demo and a smaller patch from a puppy deciding to dig in the hallway. We had a small issue with power following job completion but Brad and their crew went above and beyond in helping to identify and fix the problem. I would absolutely reccomend them for any project you need in your home.
I had some holes in sheetrock repaired, shower tile replaced, and wall painting done in my home. The lead person from Performance reviewed the needs, gave me an estimate, and scheduled service. The crew showed up as scheduled, performed the work professionally, cleaned up, and went on their way. The price was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They did everything as planned so I am happy.

Had used Performce Painting to paint a new outdoor entertainment area. This job involved a complete repaint of a rental house, inside and out, kitchen cabinets, new flooring, countertops, windows, etc. Essentially, a remodel of the house. Left pretty much everything in the hands of their lead Josh., who has kept me informed and up to date on progress and involved in the color decisions etc. Could not be happier with the outcomes we are seeing.

This was THE BEST contractor experience I have ever had. I called in needing a drywall repair and Ashton took my request very seriously and worked with Angie to get a specialist out to my house asap. Performance Painting Contractors Inc, Troy S. and his Team did an excellent job on all the repairs we hired them to do. Excellent customer service and extreme attention to details on all the repairs. Very knowledgeable and quick. We had Welding repairs done on our metal gate. Rollers replaced on our MD Horse Barn when other companies would not do the repairs. Worked on Interior of home weather stripping and new sweeps on all door and repaired shower door master bath. Replaced weather stripping to all garage door and winterized everything. Very pleased with all their work. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the customer service of all the employees and team members!

If there was a way to give 10 stars I would gladly give it. After remodeling our house for 8 years and seeing several contractors come and go; there is one who is light years ahead of every one else; that is Performance Painting! I cannot believe the service. I had called several companies that wanted to nickle and dime me to death! For example, on having our baseboards painted everyone wanted to charge for the first coat, the second coat, and so forth. For some strange reason Performance Painting wanted my base boards to shine! So, they painted the baseboards several times and only charged for the first time at a low price. The bottom line: BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF PERFORMANCE PAINTING'S WORK WE WERE ABLE TO SELL OUR HOUSE FOR MORE DOUBLE OF WHAT WE HAD PAID FOR IT!!!!! Thank you Jerry & Omar. You guys are the BEST!

No one prefect spots that needed touching up their profesiinalism and no ques tioned asked just'do it attitude touching up impressed me. Not the cheapest but by far not most expensive either. But their attitude mKes them worth every penny.

Popcorn removal. We have had a great experience with Performance Painting. The contractors doing our project were knowledgeable and effective in their task. There were a couple of things that had to be addressed. We noticed a couple of spots that needed to be redone and they did so without issue. They were excellent at their given tasks and did a great job of cleaning up. Thank you.
I’m in the middle of a bathroom remodel where some drywall has to be patched and repainted. The remodel contractor didn’t do a good job of mudding and blending the seams. After our painter realized it wasn’t going to look good, Performance Painting rescheduled to do the mudding and texturing properly at no extra charge. The finished product is beautiful.

I was not impressed with any thats why I reached out to Performance to do some painting and exterior work with siding. Jeff took care of me from start to finish. Victor and his crew were excellent. The painting is top notch. Better than the former company that did the whole house. We hit a few snags but Jeff and everyone was extremely responsive and took care of everything very quickly to the point where I was completely satisfied. I cannot say I have experienced this kind of work and service with any other company I have worked with. The quote was fast. The price was great. The work even better. The service tip notch. Jeff, Daniel, and Ryan did such a fantastic job for us. Our home was built in 1907 and some of the original wood siding was failing. They were able to exactly match and replace the areas that needed it. We were particularly impressed with the care they took in prepping the home prior to painting- scraping, sanding, caulking. The paint job wasn’t easy (four colors), it looks great! The workers were on time, worked all day long. They were the hardest workers we have encountered and managed to complete the project much faster than we expected. We could not be happier with our experience and we highly recommend them to others.

Will update when work is finished buy they have been outstanding so far. On time for the initial appraisal, in fact the owner Will, cam.and did himself even on a Sunday since only time I could do it. Was very fair on the pricing especially considering how high their ratings are everywhere else. My whole interior including walls, trims, doors, closest, dry way imperfections, ceilings and granite installation for kitchen counter tops, not to mention fixing roof.leaks under my home warranty. I expected a few week before they would start Signed contract on a Friday and they are starting on a Monday. Can't wait to see finished product as I've got more workd and after the great service far!

We have come back to Performance Painting time and time again. This time the house is new construction and the builder' cut corners (on a cost plus contract) and his paint provider didn't prime the drywall and thinned out the paint so when they "were done" we could see bare spots and uneven application of the product - it didn't look like it had been painted. We brought in Performance Painting and they brought their usual high level of professionalism. When they finished we had the high end look this house deserves! This is our go to paint provider!!

I cannot recommend Performance Painting highly enough. Josh Miller was the project manager who provided the estimate and oversaw the project. Two workers showed up for an entire week’s worth of work. They were punctual, polite, and obviously extremely skilled. Those workers knew what they were doing! I needed to have the exterior of my home repainted, but I also knew that a substantial amount of carpentry work would be needed as well. Performance did not disappoint. My project ended up being more carpentry work than actual exterior painting. I had the entire chimney rebuilt (siding and trim boards), had a beautiful new backdoor installed and the door frame completely reconstructed, and had a mountain of wood replaced (areas of siding, fascia, soffit, etc.). And, of course, the exterior repainted. They started on time and they ended the project on time – and my house looks brand new. You cannot go wrong if you hire Performance Painting! M.Johnson

They did a very professional job fixing flood damage in my house. Couldn’t be happier. It’s only somewhat strange that they didn’t discuss a change work order when they discovered additional drywall damage behind my washer and dryer. They just put new baseboards there but didn’t repair the drywall. Now I have to have them come back.

Our roof needed replacement. We did the usual thing of searching, reading reviews and getting quotes. We had quotes that went from too low to way too high. Performance Roofing gave us the most value and upgrades for the money. The process was fast and efficient. The regional manager, Brendan was spot on with timing and attention to detail and went out of his way to show us samples, etc. We would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
I had a very unusual job requiring a carpenter...removing and rebuilding the "cap" on my steel rolltop gate. I chose PPC because of their A+ BBB rating and positive reviews. Will and the carpenter were 3 hours late the day the work was to commence. Very apologetic, Will offered to repair my soffit previously holed by a squirrel at no extra charge. That's customer service and retention! Herman and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. I recommend them for this type of work.

I can’t speak highly enough for Performance Painting! This was the first time to use their services and was highly impressed! An HVAC leak caused damage to a ceiling requiring replacement of drywall and new paint. The crew arrived on time, were courteous and were very good about explaining what to expect. I was extremely impressed with the care they took in prepping the area (protectant plastic and floor covering). They had to move some decorations from some shelving and took some pictures beforehand to make sure they were returned exactly where I had them. Very high quality and precessional work! And a representative came after they were done to inspect their work and make sure I was happy with it. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Great experience. I’m impressed by the quality of the work. Troy did a great job explaining the work and him and his team truly delivered. They installed and painted 10 doors, several closet doors, painted all the walls, ceiling, door frames and trim. The whole house looks like new. This is the 2nd time we have used Performance Painting and we will use them again.

I am belated in submitting this review for which I must apologise. But I wanted to give credit to Troy and his team for the wonderful job they did on our house back in September 2021, along with the office staff who helped us with financing. Inside and outside of the house got a much deserved update and they went the extra mile to make it happen. Were they the cheapest of the bids we received? No, but the saying is true that you get what you pay for. We, unfortunately, learned that lesson for a similar project in the past and regretted it immensely. Would use them again, if ever needed, and have already recommended them to others.
We could not be happier with this company and the people working for them. They painted our downstairs, including our kitchen cabinets and replaced our countertops and backsplash. Brad and Chuy (Performance Painting) were great. They were available when we called or texted and helped answer many questions. They were true professionals and helped more than what they were required to. We had a problem with an electrical issue immediately after they left and we didn’t know if it was caused by them or not but Brad and Chuy both came out on a Saturday to help me fix and it ended up not being caused by them. They were still nice about having to come out and weren’t annoyed. The paint job was great and the drywall work was even better. Can’t go wrong with them.

My experience with performance painting was very unique…Joe, the project manager, had recently hired a cabinet painter to work on his crew, and sent that individual to our home to paint four of our kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, that individual did an extremely poor job…completely miss-aligning drawers, and the quality of painting done was subpar. Instead of making excuses and dragging his feet, Joe immediately hired a new crew of painters and also hired a cabinet crew to realign each cabinet perfectly at no additional charge. Joe was responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making our cabinets perfect. Would highly recommend Performance Painting!
Update: owner saw review and corrected the scheduling issue. Completed the work at a discount, it was alot of prep work involved also. No way I would be able to do all that. The guy that came and gave a quote seemed ok and knowledgeable, only trouble they never showed up to do the work after months of asking. I ended up just doing it myself, painters in this city all just ghost you unless it's a whole house repaint.

Angie visited again this morning to inspect the work, ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction. I'll be calling on Performance Painting again very soon. Great job on my interior repaint. They did walls, trim, and plantation shutters. This was a huge job. Nick and his crew were very hard working and very good at what they did. They covered everything carefully so nothing was damaged. The workmanship was excellent. The Project Manager Joe came back for the final inspection and he pointed out some things he wanted the crew to touch up that I hadn't even noticed! How often does THAT happen. They were very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

The entire team was professional, friendly, punctual, and hard working, and the quality of work was excellent. Luis did a wonderful job managing this project, and was attentive and available every step of the way. All of our questions and small concerns were addressed immediately. Everything was done in a timely manner, and all touch ups were completed on the first available day. The price was extremely competitive, and even included a whole house deep cleaning upon completion of the project. A class act from start to finish!

Hands down, best experience with a contractor we’ve ever had. We wanted to convert our open formal front living space to be an enclosed office, while also converting the dining room to a playroom. Josh was on time, responsive, and gave us reasonable quote from the get go. They were able to start relatively quickly, and completed the project in the timeframe given! The crew was kind and really cared about the work they were doing. They kept the area as tidy as you can during a renovation which was great with a toddler and 2 dogs.
