Welcome to our rustic haven in Tioga! Join us on a tour of this barndominium remodel project where we transformed this space into a delightful living quarters for this customer’s father. Window Wonder: From cutting out the metal to framing it back in and adding a sleek one-by trim, we’ve created a window masterpiece. Line items:
- Cut out exterior shop metal for window openings. Frame in window opening using 2×4 studs. Install (3) Ply Gem 47.5″ W x 35.5″ H 500 series white vinyl insulated single hung window with HPSC glass, screen included. Installed 6″ angle flashing above 3 windows. Installed 1×4 molding around windows.
Luxury Underfoot: Let’s delve into the flooring journey. Say goodbye to concrete! We chose luxury vinyl plank flooring for its stylish appeal and extended lifespan, eliminating the need for frequent refinishing. Line items:
- Prep and level floor for vinyl flooring. Install waterproof vinyl flooring. Installed 1/4 round molding along the bottom of the floor
Pine Wall Perfection: Feast your eyes on walls adorned with six-pine aesthetics. The touch of whitewash adds character, complemented by metal wainscoting along the bottom. Line items:
- Installed 31 gauge steel panels halfway up on walls in the main room. The wall behind the cabinets only had 1×6 siding. Installed yellow pine 1×6 siding on upper walls.
Dad’s Diner: Take a peek at the cozy kitchen we crafted for this client’s Dad. Pre-made cabinets, a stainless steel sink, and a solid white quartz countertop make it a functional and stylish space. We also completed the plumbing to this.
Bath Bliss: Follow the flooring into the bathroom stall, where a new toilet and custom shower elevate the space. Every detail is meticulously designed for comfort and elegance. Line items:
- Installed shower valve. Installed drain kit. Demo fiberglass shower. Installed shower curb and liner. Installed 1/2″hardie backer to shower walls (Tape and Seal). Float shower floor to drain. Installed mesh back shower floor. Installed shower wall tile. Grout Tile. Installed 1/2″ plywood beside the toilet. Installed new Kohler toilet. Installed new 40″ vanity with sink and top. Installed new faucet. Installed under sink plumbing.
